Beth Major is a graduate of the Alignment Yoga 500 Hour Teaching Training Program. Beth considered it a privilege to have studied with Scott Anderson, the founder of Alignment Yoga.
The two-year program was a journey through learning the human anatomy and physiology and how to apply that knowledge to the uniqueness of each student in a yoga setting.
Alignment Yoga teaches that the state of our body and the state of our mind are interconnected and a healthy relationship between the two is fostered through movement, breathe and feeling grounded.
Beth has also been trained and certified in Yoga for Scoliosis with Elise Browning Miller. This program is designed to teach instructors how to work with students with scoliosis to maximize the benefits of yoga for their bodies.
