I have been teaching fitness classes of one kind or another for 20 years. Everything from Tae Kwon Do to Pilates, Barre, Step and Yoga. I have recently gotten my 200hr RYT certification from right here at Abundant Joy, and am currently working on my 500hr (also here at AJ). I have an associates degree in Personal Training, a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a passionate curiosity about making and keeping our minds and bodies healthy and happy.
Easy Aerial Yoga Classes on Wednesdays 8:30am
This entry level class is great for first time to intermediate silk users. The classes will blend tradition yoga poses with the silks for a fun hour that will get you both invigorated and relaxed! Always ending in a super yummy savasana in the silk!
Peaceful Power Yoga Fridays
Get the best of both worlds in this hour long class that combines vinyasa flow with body weight strength exercises. A variety of exercises such as squats and planks will be incorporated into the traditional flow to strengthen and lengthen your whole body. Wind down at the end of the class with a meditative savasana leaving you ready for the rest of your day!
