THE POWER OF LOVING-KINDNESS
There may not be a more pivotal time than now in which to demonstrate love and kindness toward those around you and yourself. As we collectively share in grief, loss, and uncertainty, it is important to expand our focus and compassion out into the world. The practice of Loving-Kindness can help us forgive hurt from the past, feel empathy for others, and deepen our level of conscious awareness. By simply extending positive intentions, we have the ability to shift our energy toward that of love and light. To guide you into the season ahead of us, and into a practice of Loving-Kindness, we offer these simple words to say out loud and hope you can share them with others.
